2. Estimates and Contracts
Non-Binding Estimates: Any estimates provided through our website or via phone are preliminary and non-binding until a physical inspection is performed and a formal written contract is signed.
Validity: Written quotes are typically valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Modifications: Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
Deposits: A deposit may be required before work begins on any roofing project.
Final Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the project unless other financing or milestone payment terms have been agreed upon in writing.
Late Fees: We reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue balances at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount permitted by law.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the safety and efficiency of our work, the client agrees to:
Provide clear access to the work site, including driveways and yard areas.
Ensure access to electricity and water as needed for the project.
Keep children and pets away from the work area for their safety.
Secure or remove any fragile items from interior walls or ceilings that could be affected by vibrations during roofing work.
5. Scheduling and Delays
While we strive to meet all scheduled deadlines, SolarpROOFit is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:
Inclement weather (rain, high winds, etc.).
Supply chain issues or material shortages.
Unexpected structural issues discovered during the project.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, SolarpROOFit owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. This includes our logo, text, images, and brand name. You may view or print pages for your own personal use, but you must not republish, sell, or duplicate our content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolarpROOFit shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montgomery, AL.
